At present, we offer ‘Merchantable Warranty’ only for our product ‘TrnV’.

Any manufacturing defect or internal mechanical breakdown within a period of six months from purchase that may result in the product becoming non-merchantable shall be repaired and if required be replaced within 15 (fifteen) working days. 

The period of 15 (fifteen) working days shall commence from the date on which we have received the product. The responsibility of sending the product to our location shall be solely yours (purchasers). The shipping charges incurred for sending the product from your (purchasers) location to our location shall be borne by you (purchaser).

However, the discretion to determine whether the product is within the ‘warranty period’ and requires replacement shall be solely ours.  Any external damage caused to the product resulting from normal wear and tear such as damage caused due to dropping the product, immersion in water, tampering with the wheel/disc, tampering with the regulator etc. shall not be covered within the terms of warranty. The warranty of TrnV shall be void if any attempt is made to open the TrnV unit and/or adapter or if the same is dismantled.  The warranty of TrnV shall also be void, if it is used for any purpose other than its intended purpose.
