RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any product sold by U & V Works shall be accepted in return within a period of 2 (seven) calendar days provided that the product fits within the terms and conditions of warranty of the product,excepting the damage caused in transit or manufacturing defects, if any.  

Our executive shall pay a visit and inspect the product for the defects as aforesaid. Should the product fit within the terms as aforesaid, the product shall be returned and refund process shall be initiated by way of wire transfer within a period of 10 (ten) working days.
