Any product sold by U & V Works (except TrnV) shall be accepted in return within a period of 2 (two) calendar days. Your product must be in an unused condition. It shall be your responsibility to ship or otherwise deliver the product at our location. The shipping charges for delivering such product from your place to our place shall be solely yours.

 The discretion to initiate a return or refund shall however be solely ours. Should the product fit within the terms as aforesaid, the product shall be returned or amount shall be refunded by way of wire transfer, within a period of 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of product by us .
